Finally, one of them was chosen and confirmed with higher cost-effectiveness. After we and our customer carried out the stability test of the paste simultaneously, we begin to manufactring the direct package.
Problem:
However, there existed a problem with the length of tube during the sample production. It is a little short to contain the capacity in requirement.
Solution:
We advise our client to revise the draft, and contact our related workshop to update the length accordingly. After that, everything was ready for massive production and catched up the schedule in a short time.

Cost Optimization & Validation Support
Introduction:
Philippine client has a design team and a development team to provide the idea of product development and arrange the stability testing and clinical testing. We handle the rest of the manufacturing process details, including formula development, manufacturing, and package design.
Confirming formula and the digital draft of package, a quotation was provided and the package produced in large quantities. After going through the regular test in our factory and third-party testing from CFS (certificate of free sale), the products are arrange to ship and clear our in Custom.

Since the client has a partnership with the pharmacy chain and order in a large volume, the price needs to be on budget. And the FDA in Philippines requires many information for product filling, including COA and MSDS of ingredients and finished products in English.

We negotiate and work out the cost issues through the adjustment of formulas with clients design and development division. Due to document preparation needing to take some time, we assist him to collect and translate the information that meet the requirements.

Assistance in Verification
Introduction:
A Korean client who has already established a global presence provide formulas, package design, and stability testing withhis own research and development team. As for us, we offer our manufacturing abilities to fulfill his order. After the raw material of the package and the basic ingredients have arrived, we have conducted a series of tests to confirm it is qualified and started to produce in large quantities.
Problem:
Need a few boxes of samples to the relevant Korean departments to test and pass before domestic sales, but also need to verify documents for sale in China.
Solution:
According to formula and package dieline, we prototyped and delivered a sample. After that, confirming the details as needed, our client took the quotation. The shipment of the samples was arranged to the Korean division and organized information for verification.
